As Is

We ship the equipment As-Is (assembled or disassembled) from either our facility or its current location.

Serviced & Operational

The equipment is cleaned, repairs are made to electrical controls and motors, missing components are replaced, lubrication points are serviced and the equipment is tested to ensure proper operation.

Reconditioned

The equipment is dismantled and cleaned and then sandblasted and painted. Belts and other wear parts along with some electrical components and worn mechanical components are replaced. Motors and gear reducers are reconditioned and lubrication points are serviced.

Remanufactured Mixers

Since we share production facilities, engineers, and weld and assembly personnel with Shaffer, the Bundy source for new horizontal mixers, we can truly offer remanufactured mixers. Unlike other “remanufactured” mixers, our mixers are engineered to match original mechanical specifications and tolerances. Our remanufactured mixers also include all new wear parts and are updated to meet the latest mechanical safety standards. All motors and gear reducers are rebuilt or replaced, and electrical controls are updated to include the latest safety features.
